SAUNA

ICE BATH
Ice baths, or cold water immersion therapy, help reduce inflammation, alleviate muscle soreness, and accelerate recovery after physical activity. They can enhance circulation, strengthen the immune system, and improve mental resilience. Cold exposure also promotes better sleep and may increase energy levels over time.
